Avalanche Games: The Essential Guide
Avalanche Studios was established after Rock Solid Games closed. The company achieved early success with the first Just Cause title but suffered from cancellations of two other projects and two missed release windows for its second Just Cause game. In 2010, Avalanche expanded into New York City and opened a new studio for Just Cause 3. In addition to these games, Avalanche also worked on Mad Max and Rage 2 with id Software and Generation Zero.
While the NHL’s 2022 regular season schedule was recently released, there were some changes. In addition to moving Colorado @ Vegas from Dec. 27 to Feb. 16, the NHL has also rescheduled seven Avalanche games. In other changes, the NHL decided not to send its players to the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, so it used this break in action to reschedule the games. This means a few Avalanche fans may be disappointed, but the Colorado Avalanche are still a viable choice for hockey fanatics.
Seating in Avalanche games can be finicky, but there’s an easy way to find seats in the most desirable sections. There are Upper and Lower bowl seats, which are self-explanatory. You can also get seats on the club level, which offer a better view of the ice. You can choose standard seats in either section, but they are cheaper than club level seats. In fact, even upper bowl seats have a great view of the ice.
